Transport your taste buds to the Middle East with our recipe
for Bukhari rice, paired with flavorful veggie koftas. This aromatic and
nutritious dish is a staple of Arabic cuisine, and we're excited to share our
twist on this classic recipe.
The Magic Ingredients:
For the Bukhari rice:
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup of resins
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the veggie koftas:
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 egg
The Enchanting
Instructions:
- Add some oil in a pan, sauté resins.
- Add all spices and cook for 3mins.
- Add water & rice, cover the lid & cook until rice becomes soft.
- For veg balls, add all spices and coriander in boiled potatoes & mix them well.
