"Sahara's Jewel: Bukhari Rice with Veggie Koftas"

Transport your taste buds to the Middle East with our recipe for Bukhari rice, paired with flavorful veggie koftas. This aromatic and nutritious dish is a staple of Arabic cuisine, and we're excited to share our twist on this classic recipe.



 

The Magic Ingredients:

 

For the Bukhari rice:

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup of resins
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the veggie koftas:

 

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg

 


The Enchanting Instructions:

 

  1. Add some oil in a pan, sauté resins.
  2. Add all spices and cook for 3mins.
  3. Add water & rice, cover the lid & cook until rice becomes soft.
  4. For veg balls, add all spices and coriander in boiled potatoes & mix them well.

                     































  1. Make balls, dip in egg and fry.
