- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 pack of whipping cream
Instructions:
- Beat the butter until creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth and creamy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add whipping cream & whip until you achieve your desired consistency.
Assembly:
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
- Spread or pipe the white cream topping over the cooled cupcakes.
